Commercial Services Manager / Head of Commercial Services

£32,000 (plus pension contribution)

Full time/Swindon based (supporting 5 other regional delivery centres)

25 days annual leave + Bank and Public Holidays

CYM is a charitable company committed to providing excellent training in Christian Youth Work and Children & Family Work.  CYM believes that those training for Christian Children and Youth Ministry should benefit from a professional education and that such training should encompass both best practice and form distinctively Christian approaches to work with young people.

CYM is looking for a competent and effective manager to develop the business infrastructure to fulfill these tasks.  You will have a track record of successfully managing a commercial enterprise, and be passionate about Christian ministry. 

You will have:

• Expertise of commercial operations and project management
• Good interpersonal, leadership and people management skills
• A creative approach to problem solving and developing policies and procedures
• An accountancy qualification (ACCA or CIMA) or equivalent is essential
